I was hoping the recent updates would fix the crashing, but the software still shuts down on me. It feels disappointing, especially when you're trying to get something done and it just stops working out of nowhere.

I actually appreciated that the site clearly showed what was in stock and what wasn’t before I ordered. Wild concept, I know, but not having to guess whether something exists in the warehouse was exactly what I wanted.

I opened a ticket because my order was stuck and I just wanted a basic update, nothing complicated. I got the automatic reply right away, with the ticket number and all that, so I figured someone would follow up soon. Then days went by and the order status stayed exactly the same, which I kept checking way too often. I sent another message, but still didn’t get a real answer, just more waiting. I understand places get busy, but it felt like nobody was actually reading the tickets. It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid and you’re sitting there refreshing the same tracking page with no new info. I won’t be ordering again unless their support improves.

Umm, the warranty repair was frustrating. I had to keep chasing support for weeks just to get updates, and when the item finally came back, it was late and still didn’t seem properly fixed.

I found what I needed quickly, and the pages loaded just fine. Checkout was simple too, with no weird extra steps or payment issues.

The wheel itself feels good, but wow, getting it to work with all my games and platforms has been way more annoying than I thought it would be. Some games pick it up right away, and then others have me digging through settings, remapping stuff, restarting, all that fun nonsense. Console compatibility is also not super clear, which doesn’t help. For the price, I really expected it to be more plug-and-play. It’s not useless or anything, but if you jump between different racing sims, be ready for some frustration.

I got my Fanatec wheel and pedals set up way more easily than I expected. The instructions were clear enough to follow without overthinking it, and everything connected on the first try, which was a nice surprise. It took me about 30 minutes overall, so i’m happy with the whole setup process...

I’ve had my Fanatec wheel for a little over a year now, and it’s still been really solid. The wheel feels smooth, and the pedals have taken plenty of use without any problems so far. I’d say it’s worth considering if you’re looking for something that holds up over time.

The pedals themselves feel really solid, but getting them adjusted was kinda frustrating. It took me forever to find an okay position, and even now it still doesn’t feel totally natural. For the price, I expected the setup to be a bit easier.

I was hoping this would be a quick install, but... the mounting holes didn’t line up with my rig the way I expected. I ended up needing some extra brackets to make it fit right

I mean, I sent the return back already, but I still haven’t seen any refund come through. It’s getting frustrating at this point.

The brake pedal feels okay overall, but it’s definitely stiffer than I expected. I was hoping it would be a little easier to modulate for daily racing, but it takes more effort than I’d like...

The buttons feel really nice and responsive, and overall the controls are easy to use once you get the hang of them. The layout did feel a bit crowded at first, so it took me a minute to figure everything out, but after that it worked well

I’m really happy with the wheel so far. The price felt fair, the quality is solid, and the whole ordering process was easy from start to finish. For what I paid, I’ve got no regrets at all.

I was in a good mood when this showed up and setup was easy enough, but after using it a bit, the quick release is just okay. It works fine most of the time, but mine has a little play in it and doesn’t feel quite as solid as I thought it would. Not a dealbreaker, but for the price it’s a little annoying. Shipping was fine too, nothing special.

The order itself went through without any issues, so that part was fine. Shipping just took a bit longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much, which was kind of annoying. Everything showed up in the end though, so I’d say it was okay overall, just not the smoothest experience.

I was fully expecting setup to be annoying, but nope, the docs actually got my wheel working fast. I was ready to be mad, and then everything just worked, so I guess I'm happy now.

I started out with a CSL wheel base and eventually added pedals, a shifter, and a new rim. it was nice not having to mess around with adapters or random settings, everything just popped up in the Fanatec software like it was supposed to.

Swapping wheels is quick, and most of my games remember the setup without much fuss. It just makes upgrading feel way easier and less annoying, which I really appreciate.

I really wanted to like this wheel, but the rim just feels weird in my hands. The grips are chunky in all the wrong places, and after a short session my thumbs start getting sore. For what it costs, I expected it to feel a lot more comfortable. I also reached out to support and got what felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really address the issue, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Disappointed overall.

I’ve been using my Fanatec wheel for a few weeks now, and I’m happy with it. The force feedback feels really natural — you can tell when the car is starting to lose grip or when you hit the curbs, but it doesn’t feel overdone or fake. It did take me a little while to get the settings where I wanted them, but once I dialed it in, everything felt super smooth. If you’re into sim racing, I’d say it’s definitely worth considering...
